Kampung Inggris Pare has become a popular destination for many people who want to improve their English speaking skills. I am choosing to go there at the beginning of Ramadan 2023 with the same goal.
Upon arrival, I was very surprised because it turns out that there are so many English language course institutions in Kampung Inggris Pare. The diverse selection of English language course institutions provides opportunities for students to choose programs that are suitable for their needs and available time. In addition, the strategic location, hotel or camp, beautiful environment, and affordable cost are other reasons why Kampung Inggris Pare is a choice for English language learners.
I chose to participate in a one-month learning program with the Up 5 format. This format allows students to learn in class twice and learn outside the classroom three times. Learning outside the classroom, or what is known as Camp, provides a different and enjoyable learning experience. Camp participants are required to be in the English area, which means that participants must speak English while in that area.
While in Kampung Inggris Pare, I felt very helped in improving my English speaking ability. The environment that really forces the use of English in daily activities made me more confident and accustomed to using English. I also felt happy because I could meet people from various regions and backgrounds who have the same goal.
